That belief came to life through the Axiata Jakarta Choral Speaking Competition 2025 — a celebration of language, culture, and youth empowerment.
This program is more than just a competition. It is part of Axiata’s CSR initiative in Indonesia, where ICT devices were donated as learning tools for schools, ensuring students not only receive recognition for their talent but also the resources to grow further.
On 21 August 2025, at The Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta, the Grand Final brought together the best high school and vocational school teams. With passion and teamwork, they performed choral speaking pieces that showcased not only their mastery of English but also their creativity, discipline, and unity.
Through this initiative, Axiata and the Embassy of Malaysia in Jakarta reaffirm their commitment to nurturing future leaders, encouraging students to embrace English as their second language, and even opening pathways for further studies abroad.
