PT HM Sampoerna proudly celebrated its 112th Anniversary with the Employee Appreciation & Motivation Day (EAMD), held at the RK2 Plant in Surabaya on August 27, 2025.
This meaningful event was designed as a heartfelt appreciation for all employees – the true driving force and spirit of the company. It was a day to celebrate not only more than a century of history and achievement, but also the dedication, passion, and loyalty of the people who have been part of this remarkable journey.
The celebration featured diverse performances from employees, reflecting creativity and unity across generations. One of the highlights was the Years of Service Award, honoring employees who have contributed over 30 years of service – a testament to loyalty and perseverance. The evening was further enlivened by a special performance from Ratna Antika, bringing joy and excitement to all participants.
